Easy check in

Great stay, but..

I really liked that it was with kitchen and some amenities. Room was spacious too! Bed was really comfortable.

I spent 3 weeks in there. No one came tidy up the room even tho they advised so. It was a bit of dissapointment. I guess I could have called or something, but its hard to think it was my fault.

6 / 10

1 night stay is okay

It seems bigger than the usual hotel room in Japan. The shower is hot and water pressure is strong.

The bedding and the room seems not being cleaned properly and the smell of the room is not very fresh.

7 / 10

Good place, but technology-based model has gone too far

Clean, comfortable, convenient, couch, washing/drying machine, good beds, rice cooker

Only a frying pan, no bowls. Not easy to do passport photo at check in. The most negative thing was not being able to contact a human being even though I tried to text and send a note through Booking.com per the hotel instructions. This technology heavy model is okay, but there should still be a way of contacting a human being even if they are not on site.

とにかく綺麗で広い！こんな家に住みたいと思うぐらい帰りたくなかったです。

しいて言うなら、エントランスと玄関のキーを押す際、少しタッチしたぐらいでは反応がなく、最初は焦りました。
