Something to Check - Can Cause a Fire In Fame Residences No to Deception

When you enter, the room is clean, nice there was 2 big tvs as advertised. Bathroom is clean. The sofa is nice relaxing. Just right for a good stay especially those days raining so hard. Recommended. Small but homey.

Check-in date: August 29, 2026; booked until September 1, 2026. Upon arrival at FaMe Residences, we immediately experienced electrical problems inside the unit. Several electrical outlets were not working and were reportedly under maintenance. The host had not informed us of this condition before check-in. Host said he forgot to mention it to me. An extension wire was being used inside the apartment because of the electrical problem. That is why the purpose of a ready one so to use to 2 big tvs and other gadgets. The most serious incident was when the stove suddenly exploded twice, hitting me and putting our safety at risk. With that no electricity. I was accompanied by my son, daughter-in-law, and 5-month-old grandson. We were extremely concerned for our safety. Because there was no reliable electricity and the unit was unsafe, we could not stay or sleep there. And reported the incidents right away to Host and Care taker. We left the property on the same day, August 29, despite having paid for the booking through September 1. The host was immediately informed about the electrical problems, the stove explosion, and our decision to leave. Despite the circumstances, no alternative unit, accommodation, or reasonable assistance was offered by the host. Besides, we were left to look for our own answers to the inconveniences they caused us. Time was 10pm when it exploded, raining so hard outside, with cockroach coming out of the bed, we searched for a place where we can stay and sleep. Host "Ivan" Vandam Peralta said we can still stay while looking for our new place. The advertisement also indicated that the unit had two large TVs, but we could not properly use them because of the electrical outlet problems. Only one outlet can be used and it is in a place where you need to pull the huge comfort sofa. I requested a full refund because we were unable to use the accommodation due to safety and electrical issues.

10 / 10

The unit has complete appliances and kitchen needs. It really feels like home, Our stay is perfect.

The location is very convenient most specially the free parking located the floor before the unit floor and just beside the elevator. The unit can accommodate 4 person at a very affordable price. They also have an honesty store, you dont have to go down to buy your necessities. And one thing more the unit is keyless you don't have to carry the keys anywhere.

Everything is ok to me. The unit is located only at the 7th floor and when you go out of the door the lobby of the outdoor pool is right beside in the doorstep, very accessible.
