Hosts were polite and kind. All of the beds were beyond comfortable. Firm yet soft and pillows just right hardness and softness.
Sheets need stronger chemicals to wash.
2nd floor bathroom - heating is in the way to be able to sit down on toilet.
But there are other 2 🚻 that can be used.

Ideally located for our party of six (three couples), Cosy house has been nicely decorated with very comfy double beds, two well equipped compact bathrooms with very good showers showers (one which is en-suite) and a handy downstairs toilet. The outside back garden space was a bonus for enjoying coffees in the morning and the front of the property whilst facing a busy main road was far enough away to not bother us noise wise.
Nearest metro station is less than 10 mins walk away, and bus stop a couple mins. Handy having the Tesco Express just over the road.
Nearest pub we found was The Wharf, housed in a lovely old building with a great range of drinks and good food approx 10 mins walk away. Can’t comment on parking as we came by train.
Would definitely stay here again!
The blind over the sliding patio door was still broken, and there was still no tea towel no sign of a tea towel, both of which should be easy fixes. Also found the lack of vacuum or dustpan and brush odd as we do like keep places we stay clean and tidy.

Property was in a good location, parking was provided and was very clean and spacious.

I liked that it wasn’t too far from Manchester piccadilly and there are 2 bathrooms upstairs.
The downstairs toilet door, appears to be a converted cupboard. It was difficult to contact the owner at several points during the stay and there was missing champagne and wine upon arrival which was expected as part of our stay.
