Logement studieux et lumineux avec une douche bien pensée. Serviettes et linge de lits propres à l'arrivée. Fenêtre qui ferme à clé pour compenser l'absence de garde fou.

L'accueil a été chaotique : l'appartement ayant été attribué le matin à une autre personne (alors que le site mentionne les arrivées à partir de 16h), le propriétaire nous a proposé un appartement plus petit ne correspondant pas à la réservation. Celui-ci ne convenant pas à une famille avec enfants, nous avons attendu plus de 30min son arrivée sous la chaleur du centre ville avec un nourrisson. Nous avons ensuite assisté à la dispute avec le seul occupant des lieux qui a choqué nos enfants. Une fois l'appartement libéré, nous l'avons découvert en piètre état. Une odeur forte de cuisine régnait dans la partie salon-sam-cuisine. Heureusement que c'est un duplex, elle ne pouvait pas monter jusqu'aux chambres. La poubelle était pleine de déchets non triés et des miettes sur la table. Les intérieurs de placards sont collants et la vaisselle était sale (casserole et poêle avec des résidus brûlés/collés) et le liquide vaisselle épuisé, des traces dans le frigo. A l'étage, nous avons trouvé une boîte de préservatifs dans la chambre des enfants et il y avait un liquide suspect dans la poubelle de SDB. L'électricité de la salle de bain n'est pas terminée : trous apparents et pas de lumière lorsque la nuit arrive. Niveau sécurité : pas de grille de protection à l'avant des ventilateurs et produits ménagers à portée de tous sans protection... Attention aux mains des enfants curieux. Pour le confort : des chaises de camping en plastique et des chaises en bois qui donnent l'impression de se déboîter lorsqu'on se met assis. Notre enfant est tombé. De plus, il apparaît que les précédents locataires n'ont pas pris soin de l'appartement qui semble récent mais présente de nombreuses traces sur les murs. La lumière dans les escaliers devrait s'allumer plus tôt : avant de commencer à monter.
