BOOKING.COM FAILED IN THEIR MONITORING SIDE
It was a scam property
They published their ad as JAZZ LUXURY SUITES BY MEXI when actually they dont have any properties available at JAZZ SUITES at all. Most of the guests they have gotten through booking.com are being pushed to other properties at MANSION ONE near Gurney side.
We are totally disappointed by their service when they made us stranded there for nearly 2 hours during check-in time and at last they came with a drama asking us to go to MANSION ONE apartment in Gurney area which was actually nearly 30-45 minutes journey during traffic jam.
There, The unit looked like an abandoned unit, and we cant even acces the internal parking lot because they have not paid their maintenance fees for the property and the keycard access were blocked by the management of the apartment. Truly horrible experiences and I have had to talk to their Head of Security to get access to the property each time I have to go out and come back. Never seen such a scam before.
Booking.com had become the most terrible platform to let scammed-private property to be on their site for advertising. Try to imagine how others felt during their whole entire stay. We paid such a big amount for the JAZZ SUITES and just got to stay in the most HOOKER-STYLED property at last.
I didnt know that Booking.com can get along with these scammed-property advertiser. I am not expecting for any actions to be taken because maybe there are links connected and everything are money-making business for everyone behind.
Tired of explaining actually

Property may be listed on Booking.com but this does not guarantee it is actually availble.
I booked the property through Booking.com on arrival at the property. But when check-in at property, I was told unit is under refurbishment and not availble. They offered a unit 17km away in Queensbay! After much insistance, finally given a unit in Straits Quay. Lesson learnt is that although a unit is listed on Booking.com it does not guarantee it is actually available.

Location great. Don’t have high expectations. Cleanliness and overall standard of the apartment poor
The property is in a good location it is close to the Mariana shops and restaurants. It has a good pool and has a small gym
It’s very sad that the owner has a great property but has failed to maintain it. We arrived early hours of the morning due to late flight and had travelled 26 hours, to find the toilet not working in the ensuite, stains on the furniture, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, mould in the bathroom, dirty stained pillows in the kitchen drawers, and the most foul smell. We discovered prawns and rice had been left in the oven and was literally bubbling in the heat of the apartment the smell was horrendous! We contacted the owner and he did move us to one of his other apartments which was also not maintained to the higher standards that it should have been. It was in straits quay Marina so that was great as I know the location very well and we had the small mall below us. But the sacrifice was that we lost a bedroom, and also a bed! I had booked a large two bedroom apartment at jazz suites both of my daughters had a double bed each with ensuite, but they ended up sleeping in the living room as there wasn’t a double bed in the open plan living room/kitchen (they wanted the tv and there wasn’t one in the bedroom) there was no hangers in the wardrobes, we bought our own! But lived out of suitcases as the wardrobes had a smell of mould. But that L is how much we did not want to stay in the other properly. I felt we deserved a proportional refund but the owner would not co-operate with booking. Booking gave us a small amount on our account for future bookings as a good will gesture! I did not feel this compensated for the disappointment and disruption we had in the first few days of our vacation. It’s just a shame that with small changes, decoration, minor works and cleaning of furniture…the owner would have two great apartments but does not maintain them at all. Which results in poor reviews and will eventually result in no one booking or reduced fees! All for the sake of some small renovation and decoration.
