excellent communication from staff before and during the stay. my flight was delayed by many hours but they were ready to receive me and made the arrival and checkin process very easy
the property is spacious with high ceilings and the location is fantastic. 2 minutes walk to gate 22 of mall of arabia which is very very convenient
there is always someone available to be contacted if you need anything. they will do the most to accomodate any requests. i made a mistake in my booking but resolving the issue was stress free.
I really liked Ali who received me with a warm welcome and very good first impression. This company is extremelly professional.
If you are coming to Cairo and want to stay in a great location, in a fantastic apartment with a professional company, this is the rigjt choice for you.
1 card only to access the building, I needed one more for my wife as she needed to come down to open the door few times.

I like the location of the facility and I consider the Mall of Arabia access gate to be the best attraction
I think they should give 2 keys and access card to a family because they can be coming back at different times
