Awful, this guy obviously is completely unaware of the condition of his property, or is misrepresenting it

The property is centrally located.

The Owner gave us incorrect directions. We were told the key was in one spot, in fact it was at another location , in an entirely different direction, 25’ away. The owner states that the property is modern and advised of recent renovations. I took many photographs, but the furnishings were supposed to be new. The couch was filthy, and had a prominent burn mark on it. Not without coincidence, the smaller black fan cord and the were fan also burned ( but functional) suggesting someone had left this fan running on the couch, unattended. The walls were in desperate need of cleaning/ painting, and especially scuffed and dirty from floor up about a foot. When I got the surprising request for a favorable review, I then checked under the bottom bunkbed and pulled the couch out from the wall, noting the floor was filthy and covered in large spots with a white substance, possibly from sanding drywall, I dont know. Anyways, he intimated the place was regularly cleaned and attended to, also obviously false, as this is routine cleaning. I got bedbugs from sleeping in the lower bunk. No ventilation, poorly equipped, barely any silverware,

disappointing considering the price

Shower, location, and the owner's availability.

I regret having to write this review because Javi was very kind, and the arrangements for the stay on the agreed dates went smoothly. However, that is the bare minimum. Everything else was very disappointing, i'm really sorry to say this. We paid for three people, yet the bedroom was so small and the bed so dilapidated that it wasn't even suitable for two. Furthermore, one person tried sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, which was also very small, but the sofa was infested with bedbugs; it was absolutely disgusting and disturbing, and I even found one in the bed. The bathroom was small and windowless, though it did have a good shower; in fact, there are no windows at all in the entire apartment. The location is excellent, and while the apartment is small and lacks windows, it could have potential if renovated and properly equipped; as it stands, however, it is very disappointing.

Happy with this place, good value for money.

Great location. Walking distance to the center, all main sightseeings. Nice srreet with bars right next to it. I felt safe with family. Apartment is nice, freshly renovated. The owner was very helpful, responsive and proactive.

It is quite small, with narrow staircase to get into - but we could fit (family of 5) and knew in advance the size of it.

Great place in a fantastic central location in Madrid. Would absolutely book again if/when I ever am back in the cit

Fantastic location, excellent communication with the host. It’s apparent that they care about the place and continue to put in the work to make it better.

Posizione perfetta comodissimo per girare la città prendendo la metro e i mezzi pochissime volte! A 10/15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni

Per essere perfetta almeno d'estate è necessaria l'aria condizionata. C'erano due ventilatori ma molto piccoli comodi ma non sufficienti
