You'll be 300m from all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, market, cinema, etc.), 2km from the Cazères water sports center (tubing, water skiing, canoeing, pedal boats, etc.), 6km from Martres-Tolosane (the pottery capital of Southwest France), 12km from Rieux-Volvestre (one of the most beautiful detours in France), and 50 minutes from Toulouse. The Framboisine cottage, clad in wood, is located on the upper floor of a former farm outbuilding, adjoining the owners' house. It has independent access via a small path and then an external staircase, and a pretty little garden. Modern and charming furnishings. Public parking is available on the street. Upstairs entrance: living area including a kitchenette, a dining area, and a lounge area. One bedroom (one double bed, 140cm) with en-suite shower room/WC. Ground floor: storage room (for bicycles, etc.). Gas central heating. An extra bed for two people is available in the living room (€8/night/extra person). Ceiling fan, table fan, air cooler, and mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Roller shutters for complete darkness. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse - Tarbes train line, Cazères stop, 10-minute walk to the gîte (total journey time: 50 minutes).
