out of our 5 night stay the pool was closed for one whole day with no explanation. No cleaning, no changing towels, no toilet paper refill without asking for these (new rules - fair enough), area pretty noisy as they are erecting a new skyscraper next door - guess can't do anything about that!

We tried to get hold of hotel for weeks n number wouldn’t go and no response from hotel via email or msg via hotel.com
Very bad at communicating but hotel was very good clean
