This one is hard to rate. The location is amazing a 5 minute walk from the Maiden Tower right in the old city. It looks really beautiful with a very colourful traditional reception area. The people were incredibly nice and went well above and beyond what was required. They were polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The wifi was good and the room was large.
On the other hand the room had many issues. The bathroom stank like an open sewer most of the time, quite sickening. There is no light near the bed and no lamp so it is bright or pitch dark and you have to get up to change that. Day 1 I couldn’t put the aircon on and even though several staff tried it wouldn’t work. Day 2 they had “fixed” it. It turned on straight away but wouldn’t turn off. Eventually after more than an hour the 4th person was able to turn it off. I never had hot water so enjoyed all cold showers but on the 2nd day I didn’t have cold water either, no water! They don’t start breakfast until 08:30 which is way too late so I only got it once, on that occasion it was basic but nice.

The location is great, good breakfast, stuff was very helpful
There are no lifts, so take it into consideration, it wasn’t a problem for me

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was fairly large and the beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was quite basic, especially if you don't like omelette with cucumber, tomatoes and olives. The air-conditioning stopped working on the last day.

The location is superb, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, tasted like home food from my childhood.
There is a need to put a curtain in the shower as everywhere in the bathroom gets wet and also there is a need to fix a cup for toothbrushes.
