Good location, but small and no lift

The flat was clean, and the location was good.

Flat was quite small, and there were very few surfaces where to put stuff on. Finding the place was difficult, and the check-in system was long and unecessarily complicated. In addition, it needs to be noted that this was a fourth floor flat with no lift available. Even though no lift is advertised, I think this should be mentioned in the advert.

7 / 10

Good area but some questions.

Near enough to be in great walking distance to the station and trams but far enough to be in a quiet neighbourhood. The nearby restaurant district is excellent.

After trying very different mattress on the floor the ones here are very thin for my western ability. The unit description said separate bedroom but really it was a studio apartment - needs some clarification there.

9 / 10

Ideal base for a solo exploration of Nagasaki.

As far as apartments for solo travel go I’ve rarely seen better. The washing machine was a lifesaver during the hot season, as was the AC. While extremely easy to reach from the station the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, without sacrificing access to all the major sights. The little origami kit was also a nice touch. Check-in/out were all handled online and via a tablet in the building, which worked perfectly smoothly. When next I return to Nagasaki I will definitely go here again.

As their is no elevator guests might struggle with bringing luggage to the upper floors. It is possible that you may hear neighbours having conversations due to the walls being relatively thin.

Amazing !!!!

Absolutely outstanding stay in Nagasaki. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The apartment itself was immaculately maintained with exceptional facilities that made the stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the incredible hospitality. The team were remarkably flexible, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate every request with efficiency and care. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagasaki — a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing!
