The biggest issue was general cleanliness of the apartment. Cutting boards were covered in mold. Floors were filthy, either had to wear indoor shoes or your socks/shoes were black within a few hours. Shower attachments were not connected properly so they just fell off during shower. Check in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring SMS to fill out a rental agreement.

The place was great, location was good, all the great restaurants were at a walking distance. Family and enjoyed this place. Wasn’t a big fan of the low attic ceiling. But it was only for two nights.

They checked us in when we were sitting on the plane to Bologna, a bit late. In the middle of our trip they changed the lock on the main door so we couldn’t get in. We then had to call them and wait for them to come with a key, quite strange. I hit my head in the roof all the time. Other than that it was fine. Lots of stair up to the apartment.
