The bus stop is a 100-meter walk away; it’s a 10-minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the Ostia Antica archaeological site, 30 minutes by car or train to downtown Rome, and 15 minutes by car to Fiumicino Airport.
On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a sleeper sofa, a smart LED TV, a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine, and air conditioning. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, an air fryer, and a pod-style coffee machine, is separate from the living area.
