The location was very good, within a 10–15 minute walk, and the hotel also provided a regular shuttle bus, which made getting around very convenient.
The facilities were clean, and the room was exceptionally spacious. What really stood out was the quality of the staff. Every member of staff we dealt with was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, far too many to name individually.
it's a minor Breakfast would have preferred fried eggs and butter for toast.

Close to Haram
No close good restaurants. The staff were not helpful. They gave us a smaller room than what we booked. We were transferred later at night and our booked meals were skipped due to this hassle . No iron board and the iron was not clean. No shower curtains
