Las fotos son muy fieles, el apartamento es amplio, está como nuevo y está muy bien equipado. Tiene Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado con controladores independientes en las distintas piezas. Las habitaciones tienen colchones cómodos y bastante espacio de almacenamiento. Los dos baños tienen amplitud y la suficiente presión de agua para permitir la ducha en ambos simultáneamente. Los electrodomésticos están en muy buen estado, el frigorífico es un combi con buena capacidad. Además tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar en una estancia, no solo en la cocina, que dispone de suficientes artículos de buena calidad y en buen estado, sino en general: desde bastantes perchas en los armarios hasta tabla de planchar. Las tres habitaciones y el salón tienen puertas correderas de acceso a la terraza, que dispone de tres toldos, mesa, sofá y sillones. Es un sexto piso y se ve el peñón de Gibraltar. Las vistas son a la piscina y la pista de pádel, que se puede reservar sin coste, y tienes llave para el acceso igual que hay otra para la piscina. Además de tener disponible la plaza de aparcamiento interior, es fácil aparcar en el exterior del edificio. La playa más cercana está a 15-20 minutos andando (dependiendo de si ida o vuelta). El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Para llegar al centro de Estepona también hay que andar una distancia parecida. Hay supermercados grandes a 10 minutos andando. Es self check-in & check-out.
No voy a poner ninguna pega, estancia estupenda.

El apartamento estaba súper limpio. Muy bien ubicado, al centro tardas 7 min andando y al mercadona son 5min. La playa es cierto que te pilla un poco mas lejos y mucha cuesta, pero si bajas por el centro la tienes a 15 min.
El sillón tiene de manchas, como crítica constructiva yo pondría una funda y así si se mancha se puede lavar, de la otra forma se queda a la vista y no queda muy bien.

Roberto met us and handed over the keys and gave us a full explanation of everything, he was really good and was always at the end of the phone when we had questions, he gave us a list of shops and where they were and other info we needed. The pool was fantastic, it was really clean and pretty big, there was also a little pool for toddlers. The apt even had a few bits for the pool for a little one which was great. the apt, building and communal, and pool areas were spotlessly clean. balcony was big and safe for children which we liked. I would definitely recommend this apt and would stay here again.
The pillows were awful, the beds were not great but that is just a personal thing for us. The apt was uphill so walking down to the town (about 20 mins) was easy but going back was harder so be mindful of this if you cant walk too far. I think there should be loungers by the pool to lay on, we laid on the decking but it was dusty uncomfortable and there were a lot of ants. I feel the apt should provide at least some deckchairs to take down.

Badkamer en slaapkamer was prima.

Er was geen redelijk terras meubilair!
Geen koffie machine en een wijnglas.
Het was de hele dag zonnig, maar geen zon gezien op het terras. De terras muren waren te hoog.
Twee handdoeken pp is te weinig voor twee weken.
