Fair staying with nightmare

Yes, we experienced a tough time finding how to enter the place !! There was no clear signage & after many times roaming around the building, we so one hidden small sign * elevator to reception *😞 Then, when we reach that elevator, it takes us to an open place , again no signages. ^^ customer needs to figure out where the reception^^!!! There were 4 buildings Finally, we enter one building & and ask the lady their about the place. " we thought she was the building security , Then she informed that this the reception 🤔 She kindly texted a gentleman that customers came & waiting We have to wait for 16 - 20 minutes and ask her twice. Please check with him again Then, I request a correct contact number Called after we had been waiting, without apology he ask please send your passport copy for registration !! Sorry, but the whole process of check-in was a little bit uncomfortable Sorry again for the long story! you have good apartments , but sometimes small or neglected things will have a big impact on reputation. CLEANING, CLEANING, CLEANING: 😞 They mentioned that there is a deep clean!!! Every third day of your stay BUT, the cleaning team requires a re training on cleaning Bed sheets need to purchase a new ones Cleaning especially under appliances in the kitchen and under tables in the seating room, bed sheets with spots And insects like sewage/ drainage flies & and ants were a nightmare Despite cleaning & using insects killer every moment they are around us "" they said it's from outside , but it's a drainage/ leaking problem" they have to admit that so they can fix I hope you accept this as feedback for improvements. Generally, the apartment was good . They respond to our questions, equires , & and allocate a car park But if the insects & cleaning are not fixed, I doubt that we will book with them again.
