Nos fuimos el mismo día: excrementos de roedor, suciedad y amenazas del anfitrión

No llegamos a disfrutar de la estancia. Abandonamos el apartamento el mismo día del check-in por las insalubres condiciones de higiene que encontramos y por la actitud hostil y amenazadora del anfitrión.

La peor experiencia de nuestro viaje a Mauricio. Nada más entrar encontramos el apartamento en condiciones de higiene inaceptables: excrementos de roedor, grasa y suciedad en cocina y frigorífico, presencia de arañas y zonas claramente sin limpiar. Lo fotografiamos y grabamos inmediatamente tras el check-in. También había obras junto al alojamiento con mucho ruido. Lo más grave fue la reacción del anfitrión. Al comunicarle los problemas, en vez de solucionarlos comenzó a insultarnos e intimidarnos: me llamó “a fucking liar”, me dijo “stop your nonsense”, “be a man”, que su paciencia tenía un límite y escribió “you better not mess with my apartment or you'll be handed to the police”. También dijo que acudiría personalmente con agentes de policía. Nos sentimos inseguros y abandonamos el apartamento ese mismo día, sin pasar ninguna de las 5 noches pagadas. Le pedimos que cualquier comunicación posterior fuera por Booking.com, pero siguió escribiéndonos durante días hasta que tuvimos que bloquearlo. Además siguió exigiéndonos 30 € de tasa turística y amenazó con una “objection to departure” si no pagábamos, insinuando problemas para salir de Mauricio. Acudimos personalmente a la policía de Flic en Flac y, tras explicar la situación, nos indicaron que no teníamos que abonarle esa tasa al no habernos alojado. Por transparencia: antes de llegar pedimos excepcionalmente una cancelación gratuita por un problema personal. Fue rechazada, aceptamos la decisión y fuimos igualmente al apartamento con intención de alojarnos. La reclamación empezó DESPUÉS del check-in, al ver las condiciones. El anfitrión luego nos acusó de inventarlo para cancelar, pero las fotos, vídeos y mensajes tienen fecha y hora. Las pruebas adjuntas muestran tanto el estado del apartamento como sus propios mensajes. Que cada huésped saque sus conclusiones. No volveríamos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Tres bon emplacement.

L’appartement est très beau, spacieux et bien équipé. Son emplacement est son atout principal. La piscine sur le toit est agréable. Le parking est super pratique.

Il y a trop de lumière dans la chambre, donc impossible de dormir après le lever du soleil. De plus, la mobilier du salon n’est pas du tout confortable, ce qui est ennuyant pour y passer ses soirées.

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage et des commerces à pied. Procédure d'arrivée facile, garage sécurisé. L'appartement est grand et spacieux. On peut y admirer de magnifique couché de soleil

La télé n'a pas fonctionné et pas vraiment de solution ne m'a été apporté. L'appartement est super mais malheureusement le bruit et la luminosité ont entravé notre séjour. En effet on entend les voitures circulé, des pétards tout les soirs et une chambre donne sur un immeuble en travaux. Vraiment dommage sinon l'appartement est top

Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang mittels grosser Fensterfront, einfacher Check-in, Garage, Photos waren repräsentativ.

Pool und Terrasse könnte noch gemütlicher eingerichtet werden.
