Easy check in instructions with excellent communication throughout and accommodating hosts.
Parking a big bonus behind secure garage doors. Close to True university accommodation and 10 mins walk to Lime Street Station. Two great en suite bathrooms. Quiet location. Had everything we needed for a few nights.
For us, a larger and quieter bed. No black outs in bedroom. Living areas much better than sleeping areas. Immediate views not great but nice to view the city scape in the distance through the lovely large windows- we didn’t mind this at all.

Lovely flat in a great location within a short (and frequent) bus ride of Liverpool city centre, crucially with no noisy neighbours.
The owners billed the Wi-Fi as a key selling point but it didn't work for the entire stay. There was some effort to sort it out but they seemed to give up in the end. This was a big deal as I was there for work but thankfully I could get a decent mobile signal and tether my computer. No telephone number was given to contact the management, which was always via text. It felt at times that I was dealing with a bot rather than a person. Also, the main window in the lounge didn't close which meant there was quite a bit of traffic noise during the day. This would have been an even bigger problem in the recent hot weather.
