Spacious sized room, big bed, liked how tall the ceiling was. In a great spot, our go to area when visiting naples. noise was not an issue. Given Code and keys so no issues with accessing the room. I was suprised how dark the room was at night with only having shutters, great!
Bed was quite firm but still ok.

The service is very good, and the place it’s also very safe.
The bed sheets and towels were not changed during my four-day stay. The apartment is located in the old town, and the exterior feels quite dilapidated. Most importantly, the bed was very hard, which caused me significant lower back pain.
