Horrible Experience

Nothing

Upon arrival, we discovered there was no heating, no electricity, and no bedding. The temperature inside the caravan was approximately 7 degrees Celsius. I was left waiting for over two hours inside this freezing caravan with my children, trying to obtain assistance. This situation was distressing, frightening, and entirely avoidable. My children were exposed to cold conditions while I repeatedly sought help. What should have been a safe family stay became an upsetting and stressful experience. What is equally unacceptable is the lack of urgency, empathy, and effective action from customer service. Despite clearly explaining that we were inside a caravan at 7°C with children and no electricity, the response was slow and insufficient. At no point did I feel that the seriousness of the situation was properly acknowledged. The accommodation itself was clearly uninhabitable, but the failure of customer support to respond appropriately significantly worsened the situation. The combination of unsafe conditions and poor handling demonstrates a serious failure in duty of care and guest protection. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Had everything we needed.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2025

Space we had inside was good and the children had lots of room to play outside. All bedrooms were nice and we all slept comfortably. Mattresses were very soft.

I know it’s a caravan but the shower was awful, wouldn’t really stay still and the condensation was dripping from the ceiling.
