The property is very centrally located, and there are no issues even in the evening. There are two supermarkets on the same street—in fact, one of them is right across from the building.
There were food scraps in the sink, the stovetop was dirty, and the cutlery had stains. Greater care would be appreciated.

Great location. Bed was very comphy. Nice coffee machine. Easy check-in. Good shower.
The neighbors didn't feel very welcoming. The kitchen could do with a hand and drying towel. Maybe also provide some tea, if you provide coffee. A cozier bedside light would be great as the lighting is quite bright.

Passable to use during the day to leave your stuff and explore the city. Location, easy access and communication with host.
It is located on -1 floor, below street level. I ended up not staying overnight after all.
