- Very clean beds, sheets, ground, bathrooms, towels and everything which was pleasant.
- New and complete amenities. Very large TV, fast wifi, three new bathrooms with Shampoo, etc, kitchen utensils, extra blankets, slippers in bathroom and rooms which is important.
- very effective ACs, ceiling fans and battery fans.
- Can fit at least 10 Adults. 6x beds + 2x extra mattraces + two large and clean sofas.
- Helpful and caring host. He was in touch all the time and hosted our tour guides while they were waiting.
- Very smooth check in and check out experience. Host was waiting for us.
- Quiet neighborhood and parking space.
No major concern. This was a great place. Just a few minor issues for the sake of clarity.
- During 40 hours of our stay we lost electricity four times each being about 2 hours long. In the sweltering summer, it heats up very fast to the point of becoming unbearable. This was the fault of the grid, not the host. The host did his best to mitigate the impact. But they can add backup battery and solar power system.
- Given the info and picture we were expecting breakfast or a fully stocked refrigerator. The refrigerator was not fully stocked, but we had bread, water, cheese, tahini, dates syryp and fish cans. There was also tea and coffee available.

GEM of BAGHDAT —
