Rooms were clean although some small things needed attention like a broken lamp. But overall good
No front of house staff for checking or checking out. Doesn't answer the phone to bell or anything. They eventually arrive, no apology just handing over the keys.

Beautiful vista. Close to where I needed to be I walked every where
Parking was hard to find at times

Well located for Mulwala clubs, reasonable price, updated bathroom.
Very noisy in the mornings with cleaners and bins being emptied next door.
