The property was conveniently located for my purposes (access both to the Headingley area and the city centre via train), also clean and well equipped. Good value for money, with easy parking.
Getting access was a big problem. The code for the key lockbox was supposed to be sent 3 hours ahead of my 4pm arrival. In the end I arrived at 6pm and still no email with the code. When I got temporarily locked out of email and internet access (crash on M1, coverage issues, etc), there was no other way of retrieving the code. The phone was answered by someone who finally offered to come round in person but happily I was able to retrieve the email and after a struggle with the lock box, gain access. An unnecessarily stressful experience.

Location was perfect.
Could have been serviced better prior to arriving just the little things like no washing up liquid or salt and pepper.
Would have been nice to half milk and butter but understand these can go off.
But back to the servicing prior and after why should they go off?
