This hotel is ultra hospitable! Well appointed rooms, friendly and personable staff! Food is outstanding, I loved the parmegiana served by the chef who made an exception for me as I checked in late night way past the kitchen closing! The team does go extra mile to make their guests feel welcome! A great discovery, this hotel!

Stayed in a new room as they’re expanding. Clean, convenient, great staff and convenience of an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. Great spot with great views but about a 5 minute walk including over a pedestrian bridge to get to the main building which includes the restaurant and reception area. Walk is safe, mostly flat with sidewalks but runs parallel to busy street. Scenery is gorgeous!! One person in our party has mobility issues but managed it fine.

Staff very attentive and nothing any trouble. View from room spectacular. Walked across bridge over road into village of Sergio. Narrow alleyways, stone houses. Very old and historical with lots of character. A gem.

An incredible place I’d love to return to!
I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, the staff’s genuine hospitality and attentiveness were impressive—any request was handled instantly. The room was very cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed and linens were top-notch; I slept wonderfully after long walks. I’d also like to highlight the breakfasts: a wide selection, with everything fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!
