Mainly the bathroom major defects noticed on the day of check in which had been fixed on the next day.
The TV satellite cable which was disconnected and had been fixed on the next day as well.
Housekeeping/ internal services need to be considered with more care, attention and professionalism

An absolute hidden gem in Cairo! The interior design was phenomenal, beautifully honoring Egyptian heritage through the furniture, artwork, and decor while incorporating a sophisticated modern touch. Our suite was incredibly spacious, and the entire property felt peaceful and exclusive without being overcrowded. The pool area was stunning, and everything was impeccably clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location in Maadi was perfect for a quieter stay, with plenty of lovely boutique cafés and restaurants within walking distance. It was also conveniently located around 40 minutes from the airport and 25–30 minutes from Giza and downtown Cairo.
Nothing negative to report. We genuinely loved our stay!

Villa Atouta is one of my favourite places I have ever stayed! This place is 1) incredibly stylish and beautiful, but 2) filled with the most wonderful and kind team who take such great care of you! We were blown away by this beautiful property! You will immediately feel like you are at home with the kindness and peace! We miss their team so much and we will definitely return!
We LOVED everything - they don’t need to change anything ❤️
