I’ll be back!

Walking distance to everything I wanted to see & do. It’s also a very comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette.

Be careful when taking out the trash. The door into the courtyard can lock you out.

Avoid this place at all costs.

The location was good, but the property is essentially one large apartment divided into several smaller units, and the walls are paper-thin, so overall I can’t say the experience was satisfactory.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property provided an “emergency number” in the welcome information, but when I actually needed help at night, nobody answered. When the key broke inside the lock during normal use, I was left outside the apartment for the entire night with no access to my belongings or essential medication. The next morning, instead of showing understanding or empathy, the hosts were dismissive. I was told, more or less, that “this is not a hotel”, that they do not answer at night, and that I was expecting too much for around EUR 70 per day. This was communicated in a mocking and disrespectful atmosphere. Their English communication was also poor, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. The general quality of the apartment matches this attitude. The equipment, fittings and even the keys feel cheap and poorly maintained. The situation became even worse when the locksmith arranged by the property demanded EUR 200 before opening the door. I had no realistic choice but to pay, because my essential medication was still inside. I now have to go through the process of trying to recover this money, while the owner refuses to accept any responsibility for normal wear and tear or for the questionable quality of the key and other items provided to guests. At first, they insisted that I had used the wrong key, but when I provided evidence showing that I had used the correct one, they changed their explanation and claimed that I had used too much force. Very elastic point of view, to say the least. ;-) Other guests had already reported the poor condition of the equipment and the dismissive behaviour, but unfortunately I only read those reviews afterwards. I strongly advise against booking this property. A holiday is too valuable to waste sleeping on the street, paying EUR 200 just to regain access to your accommodation, and then being treated with such dismissive and disrespectful behaviour.

Modern central Appartment in the heat of Turin

The location is very central. The Appartment is modern and has all the amenities. It was clean and the staff was helpful

Just one suggestion: towels and bed sheets are full polyester. Some cotton would make the experience more pleasant

Fabulous apartment in central location

Fantastic location - 5 min walk from Porta Nuova station so it was easy to get to from the airport, and then you are right in the centre. The apartment is small but really well designed and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean with loads of storage. Very secure.
