Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

We had a very good stay at Deluxe Canteras by CanariasGetaway. The location is honestly perfect — just steps from Las Canteras beach and close to shops, restaurants, and the port. It’s truly the best area to stay in Las Palmas. Customer service was excellent as well. Communication was fast and friendly, and they were always available when we needed something. We had a small issue with the internet, and someone came to fix it right away, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the bedroom has a nice, comfortable mattress. The window faces an inner courtyard, so it’s quiet at night. We also had a car, and there’s a parking garage very close to the building for about €15 per day, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay in an amazing location.

A couple of things could be improved: the cleaning wasn’t perfect — when I arrived, I had to mop the floor because it was quite dusty. Also, the sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed, so only the bedroom can be used for sleeping. Apart from that, everything else was good. The key system is easy and we had no issues with it. The building is clean and pleasant, and we didn’t see any cockroaches or insects, which is a big plus.

Perfect place for a couple

Great location, right next to Las Canteras and Santa Catalina. Lots of stores and eateries nearby. There are plenty of bazaar, grocery shops, and even recycling bins on the same street. The street side window is well isolated from the busy street, and the bedroom is very quiet even with the window open. The neighborhood, while active, isn't too noisy. It's quiet after midnight even on the weekend, but they do use a microphone in the market nearby in the morning. The apartment is nice, clean, and modern. It felt spacious for two people. A shoe rack, coat hangers, and a large wardrobe helped us organise and keep the place tidy. The place is also fully equipped with cleaning supplies, washing machine, vacuum, cloth rack, iron and ironing board. There is also some body wash/shampoo. In the kitchen, we got 2 types of coffee machines, Dolce Gusto for pods and a classic pot filter machine, which was a great addition for us. The bed was nice and firm, couch is comfortable, and 2 small tables were perfect for eating/snacking in front of the TV. It's a perfect place for a couple to enjoy Las Canteras. Cozy, clean, and convenient. Highly recommended. 5/5 Ps: My flight was delayed by 3 hours, and I arrived after midnight. The fact that everything was with codes and self check-in was extremely convenient.

Nothing major, just a few details. The showerhead holder isn't installed properly, so it's unusable. Having some cooking oil, salt and pepper would have been nice.
