This is our go-to when we come to visit our son. Location is great, room is clean, staff is terrific.
We arrived on a Sunday and were a little surprised the bar wasn’t open earlier for football. Our plan was to hang out, watch football, have a few drinks, but we had to do that elsewhere. NBD, but surprised.

Staff were great and it was clean.
Noise. Walls are poorly built, you can hear everything, from your neighbors voice or the tv, people talking in the halls, doors slamming shut. You can also hear the noise from outside, cars, BART, the car dealer, ect. Very poorly built hotel.

This hotel is very clean, and well appointed. Both the lobby, the room, and even the elevator show a great care for the appearance of the place.
Before booking this hotel, the customer would do well to read all the details about what is offered, and what is not. We missed the place under the listing of amenities where it said "parking not available." Had I seen this, I would never have booked. Neither did it say that parking was available if you use your phone to register with another business that handled your personal information and charged the parking fee, which can only be paid online. Further, we assumed that like all other modern hotels, wifi would be available. There is none. Apparently this hotel is avoiding the digital age, as even the live TV was very glitchy, buffering signal frequently. The breakfast buffet is below average in quality, and way over-priced for such mediocre faire.
