The hotel is located on the 11th floor of a building on a quiet little street. It is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. The team is incredibly service-oriented and takes excellent care of its guests. Osman, Yusef, the lovely lady at reception, and the entire team are so friendly and genuinely committed to making every guest’s stay special.
The highlight is the restaurant one floor above, on the rooftop of Top Heightopia, offering an incredible view of the pyramids. Hesham makes sure you receive the absolute best service. We have rarely encountered such an outstanding, highly professional, and attentive waiter anywhere in the world.
The food is so exceptional that we ended up spending every evening of our stay at the restaurant. Everything was simply wonderful!
I would happily choose this hotel again and can recommend it wholeheartedly. A truly special place with amazing people, excellent food, and unforgettable views!

Amazing views from the roof terrace . Very friendly and helpful staff- especially Ahmed 👍
WiFi was not the quickest. No beer 😟

Excellent view of the pyramids and beautiful room
Only minor thing I would change is the breakfast variety. More options would be great

Initially I booked there because of the location and it seemed good value for money and it had over 9 on booking.com BUT…
Upon checkout at 6am i had the surprise to see my bill increased by 30% (50 usd) because of “additional charges” that could not be explained by the receptionist and no management to escalate at that hour… I am told now by Management that there is a problem of booking.com that they have reported a few times already, not solved but not a problem at their end. So please be guided and overall, I would say the staff was very nice, the restaurant fair and convenient, but that in my view the current > 9 in booking is misleading. In addition of my payment issue, I found the place very noisy because the double glass just does not fit fully the wall, shower door was leaking and making swimming pool outside and I noticed after no daily housekeeping. Conclusion, unfortunately I found that expensive for what i got.
