Décevant car Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour un logement vétuste
L’emplacement
Le logement car mobilier à disposition cassé ( chaise, meuble pour ranger les affaires); ménage non fait ; ballon d’eau chaude au dessus des toilettes tenant avec du scotch ; pas de tapis d’entrée pour mettre les chaussures. Une partie des meubles fermée empêchant de ranger les affaires. Matelas BZ très inconfortable

Die Lage ist gut – direkt an der Piste. Man kann direkt hinunterfahren und anschließend wieder zum Hauptlift hochfahren. Alternativ kann man das Haus verlassen, mit dem Ortslift fahren und die Talstation in etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden.
Beim Check-in wurde uns nur ein Schlüsselset übergeben, obwohl angegeben war, dass zwei Sets in unserer Verantwortung stehen. Wir haben fast zwei Stunden auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet, nur um dann die Information zu erhalten, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, uns ein zweites Set zur Verfügung zu stellen.
In der Buchungsbestätigung gab es außerdem keinerlei Informationen darüber, wo die Schlüssel abzuholen sind. Wir mussten selbst recherchieren und die Telefonnummer googeln, um den Abholort zu finden, während wir bereits vor Ort waren.
Der Code für den Skiraum wurde bei der Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls nicht mitgeteilt – auch diesen mussten wir separat erfragen.
Das Apartment selbst hat Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Betten sind äußerst unbequem, besonders der Schlafbereich im Küchen-/Wohnraum ist sehr unangenehm. Insgesamt ist das Apartment sehr klein und entspricht unserer Meinung nach absolut nicht dem bezahlten Preis. Leider scheint dies ein generelles Problem dieses Gebäudes zu sein, da wir dort zwei Apartments gemietet hatten. Im Vergleich zum Gebäude „Corona“ würden wir „Sarvan“ definitiv nicht empfehlen.
Positiv hervorheben möchten wir lediglich, dass das Personal der Agentur freundlich und bemüht war. Das Apartment selbst ist jedoch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen.
Zudem wurde die Kaution erst vier Wochen nach dem Check-out freigegeben, obwohl uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen würde.
