Great location close to lots of bars and nightlife. Easy access to historical center. It has EAC and fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and tv and wifi worked well.
We had to go up 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage, so it was a challenge but luckily we are able to do so, just be aware if you have any mobility issues.

Very good location in Navigli, access to the two canals and their restaurant/bar/nightlife scene. Also a short walk, even with luggage, to metro/tram stop at Porta Genova (M2) which accesses Cadorna, Garibaldi and Centrale stations. Room had private bathroom w/shower and the wi-fi worked.
Bed was a bit small for two average size people and a bit soft. No blanket/duvet on our bed but they eventually got us one. Would have liked initial contact to be on WhatsApp so I could have a conversation with owners. No elevator.
