It was good.

We liked the location and access to shops and the sea.

The fridge smelt of gas. The freezer compartment was damaged and hence was not working. Also there was a child that cried first thing in the morning and evening. Not sure if you can help with that.

Terrible! Very stressful and not what was advertised!

The location was good!!

Lots!!! -When we arrived a window was open and no windows had fly screens so it was infested with mosquitoes, we had to purchase the wall plug ins and also mosquito spray to try get rid of them and also cream for the numerous bites my children received on the first night of stay. -The fridge did not work for the duration of our stay even and we informed them of this upon checking in. We had to purchase an esky and ice to keep food we took with us from spoiling (which some was not fit for esky & ice so had to be thrown away and so we where out of pocket quiet a bit due to this) - the washing machine/dryer did not work for the duration of our stay. We had to use a local laundromat which again cost us more money! We received messages back from with numerous trouble shooting ideas to get them working although none worked and it took up a lot of our valuable time where we should have been relaxing and enjoying our stay. We were expected to try find the problems with faulty appliances and where not offered a mechanic to come fix them. It was very stressful dealing with all the messages back and forth and with the numerous things they expected us to do to find the problems with said faulty appliances. It ruined our holiday!!! -we requested a refund for all the out of pocket costs and the fact that it was not what was advertised very very disappointing and we where offered back a very minimal amount that in no way was sufficient and did not cover the extras we had to pay to try make our stay comfortable! I also had to chase up with more emails the refund that I was told in an email 2 weeks after stay would be available in our booking.com account within days. 1 month later received response that they have only just applied refund to account but will still be another 10 days until I am able to access it! Very very disappointed! I

Great stay, does exactly what it says it would.

All super easy, great little apartment, good spot. No problems at all with the stay. Will be back!

Thin ceilings, woke up in the night to the baby upstairs crying, but that’s apartment life!
