All facilities were good
Apartment was at 2 levels, very inconvenient, which was not indicated while booking. Lot of trouble, being senior citizens.

La posizione, la stanza era meno piccola
del solito. Era un miniappartamento con uso cucina anche se non l’abbiamo usate. Ottima posizione per gli spostamenti e ben servita da negozi e locali
Un po’ spartana. Nell’atrio c’era un odore di chiuso ma la stanza era pulita

The only plus for this property is that it is 15mins walk to Ginza.
Unfair Cancellation Dispute: I attempted to cancel the booking well within the permitted timeframe according to my country's local time. The host unreasonably refused the refund on the grounds of Japan's time zone differences, forcing me to proceed with a property that was severely misrepresented.
Inflexible & Unaccommodating Host: The property enforces restrictive house rules (strict 5:00 PM check-in and 10:00 EXIT) and provides no complimentary luggage storage, forcing an extra charge of 1,000 yen per luggage piece.
Severe Environmental & Odour Issues: There is an unbearable, persistent stench at the entrance of the property. Although the host is clearly aware of this—evidenced by the installation of multiple air purifiers—the odour does not go away.
Undisclosed Basement Conditions: The bedroom of Apartment 102 is located in the basement and has zero ventilation, a crucial detail that was omitted from the listing description. The attached picture was the view from the bedroom.
Misleading Capacity: The bed is falsely advertised as suitable for two adults, when in reality, it can only comfortably accommodate one adult and a child, leaving us with inadequate sleeping arrangements.
