Nothing at all

location excellent - right in city centre. 5 minutes walk from Westgate rail station and bus station. Flat had everything needed for a short stay. Comfy bed, good kitchenette, clean and functional shower and toilet and comfy seating area with good tv and cable. Chambermaid knocked and asked if I needed anything changing, which was a nice touch. Everything was of a good standard. I would stay again.
it was four floors up and no lift so not suitable for those with mobility problems. I was fine but others may not be. It would be good to have a few more items in the kitchen drawer such as a couple of small cooking dishes for microwave cooking, a sharp knife for cutting food and a pair of scissors for opening packets. Noisy from local bars, but to be expected in a busy centre.

Room was ok, cheap stay
Room needs maintenance, ripped bed base, wonky side table. Kitchen facilities poor, no knives, no tea towel. Little things but made a big difference . Area didn't feel very safe, grim stairwell and fighting in the street.
