Bed place ever

Nothing!

Terrible experience. The place should to close! Full of cockroaches!!!! I called to the manager and he doesn’t care and let me spend the night with the cockroaches. Bad electrical plugs, bad tv, bad mattress with cheap topper. How is possible to set up apartments like this one?

Nice location, but awful rooms.

The location is fine, and the staff is friendly, but the rooms are awful.

I do not recommend sleeping here more than 1 night

Bangtao Region is very nice.

The price is not transparent here on Booking. I have paid the room and then on top when we arrived we had to pay Cleaning Fees of 1.300 Bath. But we had no cleaning service 4 days long. So it was actually only for the check out. Then when we checked out we paid around 220 Bath Electricity on top. In the end we paid around 1500 Bath more as showed on Booking. However I have to say that it was mentioned “additional fees may apply” so I would advise to pay closer attention to that. It costed us around 80€/night in a region which is not touristy and offseason. So this is not a good price for the value! The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. A mattresses hard as wood, no topper, nothing between the bed sheet and the mattress. If you like that, maybe its something for you. Nothing for me though. I got bad back pains because of that mattress and couldnt sleep well at all. The pillows were cheap and also uncomfortable. The Fridge was very loud during the night so we has to stop it, the AC is directly over the head and cannot be set up to a lower power, so we couldnt use it while sleeping. The toilet was smelling odd (unfortunately like many other toilets in Thailand). The bathroom not the cleanest, there were corners and areas which haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We wanted to check out after the first night as we couldnt sleep at all. But the company did not react at all to my message on Booking and the Landlord couldnt decide it.
