I cannot fault The Shores. It is in a great location, it is super clean, it is easily accessible, it is well appointed and very accommodating to our requests. I also like the fact that we were contacted and offered an earlier check in. These are the small touches that make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Also, the tea is lovely (T2 tea).

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend will happily rebook again. Access was easy with PIN codes, place was really clean, very comfortable bed, loved it. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and the tram service. Excellent A+++

Location, modern features, great “little” touches that make it very comfortable
Front and balcony door handles were low, doesn’t make it safe for toddlers or small children. If your solo it makes it difficult to even go to the bathroom without worrying about them

Location was good .
There was lack of cleanliness. Ants were moving in the kitchen all the time. We couldn’t able to keep any eatables in the kitchen and infact on the dining counter of the kitchen. There were a lot of ants moving here and there .
