About this apartment rental

Club Cerralvo Master Penthouse with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Features large private balcony overlooking the resort and providing beautiful, panoramic views of La Ventana Bay, Isla Cerralvo, and the surrounding hillsides. The extra large swimming pool has been renovated and is better than ever with a hot tub (seasonal), swim-up bar and BBQ area. Secure, assigned parking with gated access with security. There are 3 flights of stairs leading from your parking space to the top-floor penthouse (there are no elevators in La Ventana).
Centrally located with short to the beach, grocery store, Farmer's Market, coffee shops and local restaurants. Water heater and in unit washer/dryer. Secure, key-less entry with access codes provided. Your Host will contact you to provide all of the contact and access information you will need for your stay.
