Enjoy a memorable stay in this modern studio, ideal for a stay with friends or as a couple:
Living room: Relax in a comfortable living room with double sofa bed, double bed, TV and dining table.
Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped, it features a hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.
Bathroom: Modern, with shower, gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.
Toilet: The toilet is located outside the bathroom.
Additional amenities: Dishwasher, air conditioning, freezer, TV screen, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is set up on the ground floor in a former shop, and its front door opens directly onto the street, right next to a bar-tabac. From early morning until the bar closes around 11 pm, customers often stand outside the entrance, smoking and chatting. Arriving and coming and going can feel unsettling, especially for women travelling alone and families with young children.
* The bar is separated from the studio only by a thin wall: conversations and people passing by can be heard inside during the day and in the evening, as well as noise in the building from 7 am. It becomes quiet once the bar closes. This may bother light sleepers.
* The studio has no opening window and no shutters: you cannot air it by opening a window, natural light is limited and the room does not get completely dark at night. If daylight and fresh air matter a lot to you, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Sentier and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, surrounded by restaurants and shops, in an air-conditioned 35 m² (377 sq ft) studio with an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.
The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

Clean and convenient location.As a family of four on the shorter side traveling with carry-on bags, the open layout worked great for us. The unit was very clean, and the setup with a separate toilet room and multiple sinks made sharing easy. Water pressure was good, and the A/C was a lifesaver during the July heatwave.The location is close to Metro stops and restaurants. It’s on the ground floor down a small alley, which felt a bit isolated and dim — something to be aware of if you’re checking in after dark or traveling without a group. We personally had no issues. The shop next door opens its rolling gate around 7am, and you can sometimes smell cigarette smoke near the front door. The sofa bed was a bit soft, but it was fine for my teen.The hosts were very responsive and went beyond the basics with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, bar soap) plus nice extras like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and paper towels — small touches most places skip. You’ll need to bring your own sponge and conditioner if you use those.Overall, the minor drawbacks didn’t take away from a highly positive experience. We would definitely recommend this place.
