This is essentially a hotel room masquerading as a vacation rental by owner. We were forced to take it because VRBO cancelled our reservation at a true VRBO for the week we were supposed to stay in Chicago. Unlike a good hotel, however, we had trouble with our toilet and rather than sending a plumber, the front desk gave us a plunger to take care of the stoppage ourselves. So, it would be better listed as a 2 star hotel.
