Central location to all attractions, very spacious, the only bathroom has double sink vanity I have ever seen in Japan. Highly recommended especially for families

The view of the volcano was immaculate every morning of my 2 night stay. Thankful for the staff for getting me a corner room on the 11th floor. Laundry was easy to use, bathtub was awesome as it also had a view of the volcano and after walking all day the sauna on the 1st floor was a great end of day treat!
