An excellent guest suite with one main floor queen bedroom and a lower level garden apartment with an egress window (lots of natural light), a european shower (no walls), small kitchenette, and washer & dryer.
You`ll have access to the entire guest suite. Please note there is a second unit in the home with a long term tenant. This suite is completely private and separate, however you may occasionally hear the other people. The backyard is shared. Note that the main floor bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen of the other unit.
The Urbanist Magazine described the Baker neighborhood as Denver`s hippest new neighborhood. You are one block away from South Broadway and less than a mile from all that Sante Fe Art district has to offer. Within a couple of blocks there are shops, restaurants, bars, dispensaries, breweries, distilleries, coffee shops, pot shops, yoga, bowling, movies, and light grocery shopping.

Great area to be in to visit downtown, 36 minutes from airport, and lots of trails and events to visit every direction. Excellent and quick responses to questions for the host. Quaint and well organized place. Would stay again.

Perfect little get away close to the city perfect location for somewhere to be safe and relax there was some stores around the area walking distance that became very useful we enjoyed staying her would definitely stay again
