For the location, this was very well priced and quite a large property. The third bedroom, downstairs in the basement is basically a studio flat on its own. The property is showing some wear and tear, but nothing too serious, it was clean and comfortable (except for the hot water issue).
Before I arrived, I received a message that the previous guest had damaged something and the downstairs bathroom was out of order and will be fixed the next day. As I was on my own, no problem and the bathroom issue was repaired as promised. However, I think the owner could have waited until I left a day or two later before coming to inspect the works and collecting the paper work the plumber left. More annoyingly the hot water kept failing. The first time it happened, the managing agent phoned me and asked me to check the boiler etc. As a paying guest this should not be my problem. To their credit they did send someone out who did fix it. Except 2 days later on the morning of my checkout, again no hot water.

The location close to Abbey Road studios is fantastic for Rockies going to sing there - only 17 mins walk. Also, there’s a great Italian restaurant nearby and cafes for breakfast. The accommodation was exactly as described - perhaps a little faded - but both comfortable and clean . Comms with host before, during and after were great. The outside area was a little messy.
The ironing board was broken.

Koden för den yttre grinden stämde inte överens med sms info. Stod utanför yttre grinden 1 timme i regn och försökte komma in. Svårt att få tag på personal. Kallt i huset första dygnet, sedan åtgärdades det.
