Amazing view over the city and I could park my motorbike at the entrance.

They got us a room on the ground floor by the reception and the door of the room has very very poor isolation, we could listen to everything that was happening in the lobby and stairs.

Clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice

location, not in center, noisy

It was clean and comfortable, we had a great view over the Medina from the top of the hill.

Check in staff weren’t very helpful or informative. Just handed a 2 keys and said our room was upstairs, had to ask for the room number. Also didn’t offer any wifi information and nothing was in the room. The wait staff in the restaurants are another story, they were incredible. Highly attentive and friendly.

It had a wonderful panoramic view.

The massage and spas were closed . It was pricey considering that their facilities were not open . I wasn’t told that the “mountain views” was a view of the parking lot! 🥺🥺🥺
