Terrible experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this host. I found them to be dishonest and misleading, which made the entire rental process stressful and frustrating. Their actions did not match their promises, and I felt treated unfairly throughout. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid renting from this host.

Just to improve the services for the next guest

Location is accessible

We stayed here during the summer, and unfortunately the room was extremely hot. Although we were usually out sightseeing during the day, the room retained the heat and remained very warm when we returned in the evening, making it uncomfortable to relax and sleep. There is no air conditioning or proper ventilation/exhaust, so the room does not cool down. The tower fan provided was in poor condition the upper section was not working, and the fan was dusty, so it did very little to circulate the air or make the room more comfortable. The location is convenient, but for a summer stay, I don’t think the accommodation offers good value for the price. I hope the host repairs or replaces the fan and improves the ventilation, as it would make a big difference for future guests. I would not recommend staying here during the summer unless the cooling situation is improved.

Not worth

Nothing

My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was provided with the wrong key and was therefore unable to access the accommodation. I made multiple attempts to contact the host, but received no response. As a result, I had no choice but to spend the night at a nearby McDonald’s and secure alternative hotel accommodation for the following days at my own expense. The host only responded approximately 12 hours later, acknowledging the issue and requesting the return of the incorrect key. They stated that I would be compensated for the inconvenience and advised that someone would collect the key from the hotel where I was staying. However, they later claimed that I was unwilling to return the key, despite my repeated confirmation that it was available for collection from my hotel. Instead, they attempted to make me arrange the return of the key to another hotel located far from the Airbnb property. The host also agreed to provide compensation of approximately €100 for the significant disruption and additional costs I incurred. Unfortunately, this compensation was never paid. Overall, the lack of access to the property, poor communication, contradictory statements regarding the key return, and failure to honour the promised compensation made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Good amenities, comfortable bed, good shower Very responsive host Excellent location

Toilet & radiator in bathroom faulty Very small studio, quite cramped when sofa bed is open Quite hot during summer & poor air ventilation - however staff tried to rectify this by bringing a fan
