As the hotel is on the 21st -if I remember well - floor of a high-rise building, the lady from the reception came down to greet us when we arrived at the hotel, though it was around midnight. The hotel facilities are much better than we expected; for example, they offer free laundry service. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room is very nice and comfortable. But the best in this place is it's staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
