Brilliant location and good bar and restaurant in the hotel.
Our bedroom window was about 3 feet away from a 4 storey concrete wall which made the room very dark and claustrophobic

The actual positioning of the hotel! Perfection! Right bang in the middle of Portrush and close to shops, entertainment, bars and restaurants!
The staff were wonderful ... most especially Chloe!!
Our room was great, a fabulous sized TV, and the bed enormous and SO comfy! Bathroom was spotless, the shower a good size and the towels were amazing!
Breakfast choices were excellent .. although the cooked 'fry" was disappointing 😞 However, everything else was perfect!
Unfortunately the shower tray was very narrow and the water didn't drain away very quickly, causing an overflow!
Cheap thin toilet roll! Ridiculous for such a lovely hotel!
Nowhere to hang our wet coats! A couple of hooks on the back of the door ... or on the wall facing the bathroom, would have solved that problem!
We didn't have an evening meal in the hotel as the menu simply didn't suit our taste. A little disappointed that there wasn't a better choice for guests who aren't into Asian type foods.

Clean with great decor in good location
Very tight rooms, tiny bar with very slow service, unhelpful staff, very expensive.
