Location perfect for us needing to visit a patient in Worthing Hospital which is 10 mins walk away. Seafront also 10 mins in opposite direction.
Very quiet at night, easy to park on street outside , permits organised by host who was helpful, friendly and available at all times.
Kitchen small but very well equipped - cleverly and thoughtfully planned. Whole flat imaginatively designed. with great attention to detail. Very quiet at night, no noise from neighbours.
Excessively low lighting in living room - couldn’t read or really see anything at night, certainly not possible to
read.
Kitchen needs a blind for privacy at night.
Bathroom lacks shaver/toothbrush point.

The property was well located in Worthing. All the shops and the promenade were within 10 minute walking distance.
Lounge room was separate from bedroom

Excellent location , bright, clean and large flat.
No shelves in bathroom !

Comfortable chairs, good choice of kitchenware, heating and shower working perfect, quiet (although onetime meeting with people could be easily heard)
The kitchen is small, had to remove a huge toaster to make room, no power outlet in the sleeping room to charge your phone, the induction works great but you can barely read the Bosch panel
