READ THE REVIEWS AND BEWARE ITS AN HMO

Everything!. Falsely advertised, attempted contact from me and booking.com and won't answer to anyone after money is taken. Tried asking for a refund from both bookings.com and the owner and no communication from anyone. The reason we attempted communication for a refund was because on the listing it shows lovely photos of a room, kitchen and balcony and states "all this is yours". Luckily my wife read the reviews and we booked elsewhere because she found that every review contains a poor review and all along the lines of "you share with absolute strangers" there's even a review that states that they had to share a room! The owner is a scam artist selling a private accommodation on the promise of an apartment to yourself but you're actually sharing with private tenants in a house share. Absolutely seething that bookings.com allows him to carry on advertising because I found that someone else fell into the same trap on the same day we were supposed to be there. I'd imagine we'd have to share with them judging by the reviews! 😂 Keep hold of your money and please read all the reviews of this shit hole before you click pay because once you do he will ignore everyone!

Worst night I have ever spent anywhere for both landlord experience and accommodation quality.

Proximity to DLR station. Otherwise nothing. Appalling accommodation.

The accommodation was not at the site indicated. The landlord directed me to a location some distance away from the address and site indicated on the map to 'check in'. He attempted to make me stay in this different location and only reluctantly proposed a third location that was also not at the original site. The 'new' room was in an appartment divided into three rooms with paper thin walls. The shower was filthy and hot water lasted two minutes before becoming cold. The room was hot and stuffy. With the widow open the DLR kept me awake as did deliery vehicles making reversing noises at 0330hrs. To be avoided at all costs.

⭐ 1/5 — Avoid this place Our stay last night was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we've had, and I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. It started badly when the address on the booking turned out to be wrong. We paid for an Uber to the listed address, only to find out it was incorrect, so we had to call and then pay for a second Uber to get to the actual location. The man we spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. When we finally arrived, we waited ages to be greeted and given our keys. The woman who eventually met us was rude and unwelcoming, and gave us no information about the property at all. The photos on the listing were also completely misleading. The apartment looked lovely online, but what we actually walked into looked nothing like it — it felt more like a hostel than the place we thought we'd booked. It was a huge disappointment. Things didn't improve inside. The bathroom is shared, which was never made clear on the booking. The shower was mouldy and the water didn't drain properly — it wasn't clean in general. And there wasn’t a bath mat and had to use a towel on the floor for when I got out the shower and I slippy over and this is a health and safety hazard. In the kitchen, we couldn't open any of the drawers or the dishwasher, and couldn't even get to the sink, because a huge table and chairs take up the entire space. The fridge didn't work either. In the description it says that it’s a quiet view but it was not quiet at all there was a train going past every 5 minutes and it was very difficult to sleep. We were given just one pillow each, with no spares in the wardrobe — which we could barely open anyway thanks to the ridiculous layout of the room. One of the plug sockets didn't work, and the balcony door was so loud we could only close it by slamming it. All in all, a stressful, uncomfortable and misleading stay. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

The beds were comfortable and clean.

It was clean and good travel links to the o2. With a local supermarket nearby.

We arrived at the address only to be told we were at the wrong location. Host contacted us. And pinged his location, which was just down the road at other appointments.. The only thing was I thought i was renting an apartment. We did have our own kitchen but had to share a bathroom with other guests.
