Cleanliness of the place
The fact that I must call someone to get in and out of the premises during my stay

I got a good price for the evening's stay. I was satisfied with the accommodation itself, Staff was friendly. Thank you.
Despite making prior arrangements, on arrival I had to wait for a while outside gate in car, calling on phone, waiting for gate to be opened. Being considerate towards other guests, I did not hoot at gate. .It was dark and unfamiliar environment, thus not pleasant experience.
I enquired the evening about time slot for breakfast. I pitched reasonably in time as per time slot indicated. The available food supply like sausages and scrambled eggs was basically empty. I asked for omelette as to provide alternative. Staff member was friendly but could not assist with request (probably not familiar with it, which was fine), but no offer was made to bake an egg or any alternative. I made do with what was available. Staff may be more aware of what food is still available and cater for "late sleepers" if situation so requires. I did not complain as I was happy for overall value I received.
